Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers - Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including friendly interactions and timely deliveries - Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries - Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, reporting any maintenance or repair needs - Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Excellent driving skills, including the ability to navigate various road conditions and follow GPS directions - Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers - Ability to drive vehicles with manual transmissions (if applicable) - Familiarity with route planning and navigation software - Physical stamina and strength for heavy lifting and loading/unloading goods - Basic warehouse knowledge for organizing deliveries Note:
As of now drivers will be expected to be stationary in the Forestville-District Heights area picking up orders and delivering to customers with in a mile radius.
The orders will be picked up from select sites such as Forestville Tobacco & Convenient Store , New York Fried Chicken & Grill.
